Service Description

Weights are needed for this 45-minute full-body strength endurance workout. This virtual boot camp combines cardio movements and strength exercises. The combination of cardio and strength allows each person to move at their own pace while reaching their maximum potential and getting the most results out of their workout. Each class is constructed differently to keep you on your toes.

Upcoming Sessions

Give 24 hour notice

Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class, personal training, or group training session. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. Cancellations between 72-24 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class or session. However, if you do not cancel before the 24 hours, you will lose the class or session payment. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
