CLASSES

 We offer three types of service delivery options to meet your lifestyle, virtual, pre-recorded, and in-person fitness.  Virtual offerings are hosted via zoom.  Pre-recorded workouts live within the members-only library.  In-person are held at Northwest Athletics or an agreed-upon location.   

To participate in our online classes, you must download ZOOM on your computer or phone. ZOOM is an easy-to-use and completely free service, and it must be downloaded to your computer or phone prior to the class. Once you click to join, you’ll be connected with our trainer. It will be as if we’re right there with you!
