This is an extreme fitness program that requires you to work out at a very high-intensity level with little rest in between exercises. This max interval program will build strength and challenge your cardiovascular fitness. The instructor will give modifications to meet every participant's physical needs.
Give 24 hour notice
Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled class, personal training, or group training session. This allows us to fill the spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. Cancellations between 72-24 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class or session. However, if you do not cancel before the 24 hours, you will lose the class or session payment. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
